At FridayVet, we aim to provide a clear and fair policy regarding our subscription services. This policy outlines how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

Subscription Plans

FridayVet offers both free and paid service plans ("Service Plan"). When you subscribe to a paid Service Plan, your membership will continue on a recurring basis (e.g., month-to-month or year-to-year) until it is cancelled. You are responsible for all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan.

Free Trials

We may offer a Free Trial for our paid services. The Free Trial period begins upon registration. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid Service Plan to continue using the full functionality of our Services.

Billing and Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing to a paid Service Plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal fees for the subsequent period. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is up-to-date.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current paid billing period.

Effect of Cancellation

If you are on a free plan, cancellation will take effect immediately. If you are on a paid plan, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing term. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust our prices and billing methods. We will provide you with prior notice of any changes.
